My Story :
You want to know my bad experience? Well, me and about four of my friends went to Midvalley Megamall to go shopping last weekend. When I'm about to pay my bill, my purse had been grabbed by a man. Poor diet habit are one of many factors that contributes to this serious healthy problem. Obesity can cause many other serious health effects such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension, and many more. To avoid this serious problem and the consequences, there are ways that need to be followed.
